Before and after pictures of Dharali near Harsil, Uttarakhand have surfaced online as a cloudburst caused massive destruction. Senior officials, including the Principal Secretary to Chief Minister, Commissioner of Garhwal Division, are monitoring the situation at the State Disaster Operations Centre in Dehradun, said ANI. A video of water washing away houses and people also surfaced online.
