Before the car blast near the Red Fort in Delhi, the last explosion happened in Delhi in February 2012. A bomb had exploded near the Israeli embassy 13 years ago. Notably, Delhi had seen at least five terror attacks between 2005 and 2011. At least 12 people were killed in Monday's attack.
