Bihar CM Nitish Kumar, in a video message ahead of Assembly polls, said that earlier being called Bihari used to be an insult and his government has worked tirelessly to serve people. "Being called a Bihari is no longer an insult, it is now an honour," he added. Bihar will go to polls on November 6 and 11.
