Mumbai Police arrested Dilip Chaudhary from West Bengal in connection with an extortion case involving comedian-actor Kapil Sharma. The accused, who used gangsters Rohit Godara and Goldy Brar's names, allegedly threatened Sharma and demanded ₹1 crore in ransom, reported Hindustan Times. Chaudhary reportedly made seven threatening phone calls and sent videos to Sharma between September 22 and 23.
