Greater Bengaluru Authority (GBA) and Bengaluru Solid Waste Management Limited (BSWML) collected street litter and dumped it outside 200 households known for repeatedly dumping waste in public spaces. BSWML Managing Director Karee Gowda said the campaign was launched after multiple awareness drives failed to curb littering. He said fines between ₹2,000 and ₹10,000 are being imposed on violators.
