A Bengaluru tenant couple, Prasad Makay and Sakshi Hodlur, were arrested for killing their 65-year-old landlady in Uttarahalli and stealing her gold chain. The crime, aimed at repaying debts, occurred while she was alone. Police caught the duo quickly after noticing inconsistencies and circumstantial evidence, leading to their confession.
