On October 2, marking the occasion of Mahatma Gandhi Jayanti and commemorating the International Day of Non-violence, the National Republican Band of Panama at Peace Plaza of University of Panama played the National Anthem of India. It symbolised a gesture of deep respect and solidarity between India and Panama.
