Bharat Seats' shares hit 5% upper circuit on news that the Rohit Relan Family Trust plans to acquire a 16.38% direct stake in the company and acquire NDR Auto Components' shares (73.13%) stake through the indirect method to take control of the company through an internal family restructuring.
