Bhopal Municipal Corporation has started a Kachra cafe to encourage the residents to trade cardboard, waste newspapers, plastic, among other things, for works of art & craft or food. The waste items are weighed at the cafe, and then the customers are given ‘Kachra Currency’ on their mobile numbers through SMS to buy anything from the cafe.
