Bhuvneshwar Kumar, who, in IPL 2025, produced his best showing since 2017 season, by claiming 17 wickets in 14 matches, could not get a call-up from Indian team. He last played for the Men in Blue in 2022. Speaking about his non-selection, he said, "No matter how well you perform, sometimes luck does not favour you."
