The firm is replacing TCS Executive Director and COO Aarthi Subramanian, who is reportedly stepping down to take more responsibilities at TCS. Before Tata Consumer, Bhan spent over a decade at Hindustan Unilever and Unilever, holding leadership roles across multiple units.
