Chief Election Commissioner Gyanesh Kumar announced all 243 assembly constituencies in Bihar, including 2 ST and 38 SC seats, will go to polls before November 22, 2025. Praising completion of systematic Electoral Roll, he urged voters to participate enthusiastically, calling voting a 'festival of democracy' comparable to the Chhath celebrations, and emphasised the importance of public involvement.
