Bihar CM Nitish Kumar inaugurated the first phase of the Patna Metro Rail Service on Monday. The approximately 3.6-km elevated stretch of the Priority Corridor, known as the 'Blue Line', will connect three key stations- Patliputra Inter-State Bus Terminal (ISBT), Zero Mile and Bhootnath. In addition, he laid the foundation stone for the underground section of Corridor One.
