The Comptroller and Auditor General (CAG) report on State Finances for 2023-24 was tabled in the Bihar Assembly on Thursday. "[Over 49,000] outstanding Utilisation Certificates (UCs) of ₹70,877.61 crore were not received by the Accountant General as on March 31, 2024," the report said. UC is a document that verifies funds or resources have been used for their intended purpose.
