The Election Commission of India said on Sunday that the Bihar draft voters list is not final and questioned why opposition parties are "creating such a big fuss now?" The poll body stated, "a full one-month period from August 1 till September 1 is available to point out wrongful inclusion or wrongful exclusion of any name" in the voters list.
