Jan Suraaj Party leader Prashant Kishor alleged that Bihar Deputy CM Samrat Choudhary escaped trial in decades-old murder case by "falsely" claiming he was 14 before Supreme Court. Kishor noted that Choudhary's 2020 affidavit stated he was 51 at that time, which would mean he was in his 20s in 1995. "These facts make him liable for prosecution," he added.
