PM Narendra Modi alleged that women of Bihar suffered immensely under RJD's rule and said they should ensure that RJD and its allies never come to power in Bihar. "Law and order was pathetic (under RJD)...but now women feel safe under Nitish Kumar government," he said. PM Modi further said Bihar would have maximum number of 'Lakhpati Didis' in India.
