In a shocking incident, a student identified as Rahul Kumar was shot outside coaching centre located near Maner Police Station in Bihar. The incident was caught on CCTV camera installed in the area, which showed the bike-borne assailant shooting him after an argument allegedly over a video and fleeing the spot on his bike.
