PM Narendra Modi, during his address in Bihar, said the state will become centre of the 'Make in India' initiative. He said this following inauguration of the Bihar factory that will export locomotives to Republic of Guinea. He criticised RJD and Congress and said, "They are against development of Bihar," adding that they are responsible for large-scale migration of labourers.
