While addressing a public rally in Bihar's Samastipur, PM Narendra Modi said, "In [Assembly] elections, Bihar will give the NDA its biggest ever mandate so far." He further said, "Under the leadership of [CM] Nitish Kumar, the NDA is set to break all its old records of victory." Earlier in the day he paid tributes to Bharat Ratna Karpoori Thakur.
