Congress leader Rahul Gandhi on Sunday reacted to the murder of businessman Gopal Khemka in Bihar's Patna and said that BJP and Nitish Kumar together have turned Bihar into "India's crime capital". He added, "Today, Bihar lives in shadow of loot, gunfire, and murder." Khemka was shot dead by an unidentified man outside his residence on Friday.
