Bihar Deputy Chief Minister Samrat Choudhary said the NDA will transform Bihar into an industrial hub within five years if re-elected. "In the next five years, we will work to make Bihar an industrial hub," Choudhary told reporters in Patna ahead of releasing the Sankalp Patra. In the manifesto released later, the NDA pledged one crore jobs, ₹2 lakh aid for women, and metro expansion.
