A motorcyclist was brutally assaulted and dragged on a car bonnet for 500 metres in Saharanpur following a road rage incident. The dispute reportedly began over right-of-way, escalating after the biker's remark. Police have initiated an investigation, identified the accused and are registering a case under stringent sections. The victim sustained severe injuries.
