A video has surfaced showing a bike rider snatching a female reporter's phone, moments before she was supposed to go live in Brazil's Rio de Janeiro. According to People Magazine, the reporter named Clara Nery was able to retrieve her phone after the thief dropped it. The thief had covered his bike's number plate with a cardboard to avoid detection.
