Flipkart Co-founder Binny Bansal's 3State Ventures has invested ₹160 crore in Curefoods ahead of the cloud kitchen startup's IPO. Curefoods allotted 1.28 crore equity shares at ₹124 per share to the venture capital firm. The startup filed a draft red herring prospectus (DRHP) in June to launch an IPO with a fresh Issue of up to ₹800 crore.
