Bitcoin hit a new all-time high on Monday at $125,835.92 as the cryptocurrency continued to benefit from investors' demand. The world's largest cryptocurrency by market value had climbed above $125,000 for the first time on Sunday. "Bitcoin is the hurdle rate.
