A BJD delegation, led by former minister and MLA Badrinarayan Patra, visited the Odisha gangrape victim’s family in Keonjhar. The delegation also submitted a memorandum to the Keonjhar Superintendent of Police, demanding immediate arrests and stringent action against the culprits.
