Congress leader Rahul Gandhi said the BJP and the RSS don't want poor children to learn English because they don't want them to "ask questions, move ahead, and become equal". His remarks came in response to Home Minister Amit Shah's comment that those who speak English in the country would soon feel ashamed. "English is not a shame," Gandhi said.
