Congress President Mallikarjun Kharge challenged the BJP to amend "socialist" and "secular" from preamble of the Constitution, saying, "No one can change...or remove these words." He added, "It's my challenge. You (BJP) won’t be able to do so." His remark came after RSS leader Dattatreya Hosabale demanding removal of the words "socialist" and "secular" from the preamble of the Constitution.
