BJP's Amit Malviya claimed on Tuesday that West Bengal Irrigation Minister Manas Bhunia has termed the gang-rape of Kolkata law student a "small incident". Bhunia denied the allegations, saying, "My previous comments were not related to the Kasba incident...They've been misrepresented and linked to the unfortunate incident in an attempt to malign and defame me."
