On Special Intensive Revision (SIR) of Bihar electoral rolls, Rajya Sabha LoP and Congress chief Mallikarjun Kharge said, "Their (BJP) intention is to exclude the poor from voting and restrict it to the elite." He added, "Everyone...should have equal voting rights. But now, out of fear, they're trying to revise these rights, which harms democracy and goes against the Constitution."
