Delhi PWD minister Parvesh Verma has alleged procedural violations and a ₹650 crore cost escalation in the construction of a new block at Lok Nayak Hospital during AAP leader Satyendra Jain's tenure as Delhi's Health and PWD minister. He said the findings have been submitted to LG VK Saxena, who may refer the matter to the CBI or the ACB.
