A local BJP leader, Rahul Balmiki, who serves as the district minister of the party's Scheduled Caste Morcha, was caught on camera in a compromising position with a married woman at a cremation ground in Bulandshahr district. The incident took place in the Shikarpur Kotwali area. He was seen pleading to locals after allegedly being caught doing the shameless act.
