BJP leader and former Union Minister Rajiv Pratap Rudy retained the post of Secretary (Administration) of the Constitution Club of India. He was contesting against another BJP leader, Sanjeev Balyan, who was defeated by over 100 votes. The results were declared past midnight on Wednesday, in what is being called "one of the fiercest elections in the club's history".
