BJP leaders Rajiv Pratap Rudy and Sanjeev Balyan will fight for post of Secretary of Constitution Club of India, election for which will take place tomorrow. Rudy has been club's secretary (administration) for over two decades. The office bearers at the nearly eight-decades-old club are generally chosen without any contest and there have been just three elections in club's history.
