BJP mocked West Bengal CM Mamata Banerjee by calling her "Civic Minister" of the state for allegedly keeping critical government positions vacant while prioritising funds for her "vote bank". "Mamata runs Bengal on a 30% system for 30% people," BJP said, adding that over 60,000 police posts remain unfilled and only 8 fire divisional officers are managing the entire state.
