West Bengal BJP MP and former High Court judge Abhijit Gangopadhyay, who was earlier admitted to hospital, was airlifted to All India Institute of Medical Sciences (AIIMS) Delhi on Thursday as his health condition remained critical. The 63-year-old was diagnosed with acute pancreatitis and gastrointestinal sepsis. He is under treatment by a multidisciplinary team of clinical specialists.
