BJP MP Subhash Barala's son Vikas Barala, who's out on bail in a sexual harassment case, has been appointed as Assistant Advocate General in Haryana, according to an official notification. He has been accused of stalking and attempting to kidnap the daughter of an IAS officer eight years ago. The case is being heard in a Chandigarh court.
