Congress chief Mallikarjun Kharge accused BJP and RSS of conspiring to deprive the poor, Dalit and backward communities of their voting rights in Bihar. His comments come in the backdrop of Election Commission conducting revision of electoral rolls in the poll-bound state. "Bihar is the birthplace of democracy...people of Bihar will respond to this BJP's attack on democracy," Kharge added.
