Reacting to I.N.D.I.A bloc's nominee Sudershan Reddy losing Vice Presidential election after securing 300 votes, BJP leader Amit Malviya said 15 I.N.D.I.A bloc MPs cross-voted in the election. NDA nominee CP Radhakrishnan won the election by securing 452 votes. Notably, Congress leader Jairam Ramesh had claimed that Opposition's 315 MPs turned up for election.
