BJP's Amit Malviya on Friday posted a video of Karnataka CM Siddaramaiah admitting he was victim of "electoral fraud" by Congress during the 1991 Koppal Lok Sabha polls. "He clearly says he was defeated by cheating," Malviya said. He also called it ironic that Siddaramaiah, who once fought against Congress' vote theft, is now leading Rahul Gandhi's Voter Adhikar Yatra.
