BJP leader Amit Malviya has criticised West Bengal Chief Minister Mamata Banerjee for saying that girls shouldn't be allowed to go outside at night after an MBBS student was gangraped in Durgapur. Malviya stated that Mamata blamed the victim because all accused belong to one community. Naming all four accused, he said. "No woman is safe in West Bengal."
