American TV personality and market commentator Jim Cramer said global markets could see a crash similar to 1987's 'Black Monday' (October 19). His remark comes after US President Donald Trump's reciprocal tariffs caused a global market crash. "If the president doesn't try to...reward these countries...that play by the rules, then the 1987 scenario...has the most cogency," he added.
