RJD chief Lalu Prasad Yadav on Saturday criticised the Centre, saying "the uncrowned king of lies" had promised 12,000 trains for Bihar on Chhath, but this too turned out to be a blatant lie. He added, "In the 20 years of NDA government, the Bihar people, suffering the pain of migration, cannot even get trains to run properly."
