As the Special Intensive Revision (SIR) of the electoral roll begins in West Bengal on Monday, the Booth Level Officers (BLOs) have demanded security, including that of central forces. The BLOs cited political threats during training sessions and threatened to boycott work if not given security. TMC and BJP have been accusing each other of intimidating the BLOs.
