Pro-Kannada organisation will block the National Highway near Hoskote toll in Bengaluru over the Cauvery water issue on October 10, pro-Kannada activist Vatal Nagaraj said. The protest is over the Cauvery Water Regulation Committee's order to Karnataka to ensure the release of 3,000 cusecs of Cauvery water per day to Tamil Nadu starting from September 28 till October 15.
