Brihanmumbai Municipal Corporation (BMC) Commissioner Bhushan Gagrani announced its active collaboration with Mumbai’s film industry to ease permissions and reduce costs. The civic body plans a single-window system and transparent fees to attract more shoots. BMC also launched a book on Mumbai’s film legacy and an eco-friendly filming guide to support local and international filmmakers.
