The Delhi Police told a court that Gaganpreet, woman driving the BMW which killed a finance ministry official, deliberately took the victim to a hospital around 19 km away from the accident site. The investigators stated that Gaganpreet was fully aware of how crucial every minute is in accident cases. The hospital is reportedly linked to the accused.
