A BMW owner in Karnal uncovered a petrol fraud. The man had asked the staff to fill car's 70-litre tank, but was handed a receipt showing 76.70 litres of petrol, exceeding the vehicle's capacity. Upon investigation, the fuel was drained, revealing only 57 litres despite the vehicle already holding over five litres petrol. It indicated shortage of nearly 20 litres.
