A boat carrying 18 people, including 10 local government officials, capsized in rough weather off Indonesia's Mentawai Islands on Monday morning. Eleven people were rescued, while 7 remain missing. The vessel was travelling from Sikakap to Tuapejat when it overturned around 11 am.
